On April 17, 2012 Freddie Mac issued a Bulletin outlining new time line guidelines for it's servicers for Short Sales. The time lines also apply to Fannie Mae backed loans. The time limes go into effect on June 15, 2012 but servicers are encouraged to implement these changes prior to that date.
